Product Returns and Replacement Policy
This policy covers the cancellation, returns, and replacement under various scenarios. It applies to all orders placed with Building Paradise Private Limited (hereinafter called “Company,” “Easy Build,” or “BPPL”) on its website www.easybuild.com, directly by the customer, through the Experience Centre, or any affiliates.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable
- Any credits given through promotion, gift cards, or discount coupons are non-refundable. Any bank fee paid for placing the order is non-refundable.
- Custom products/services and bulk orders are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
- Labour, delivery, installation, and similar charges are non-refundable once the product has been packed and ready for shipment.
- Other conditions as described separately under each product category.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests will only be accepted from registered users on the website.
- Once paid, products are non-returnable. However, the Company may allow cancellation on a case-by-case basis before dispatch.
- Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch under any circumstances.
- Refunds (if cancellation is accepted) will be issued within 10 days after product inspection.
- Packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused. Tampered goods will not be accepted for returns.
- Returned products must be complete with all parts and accessories as originally sold.
- Returns are accepted for issues like supplier errors, in-transit damage, incorrect SKUs, or expired products.
- Cement and Steel products are non-returnable.
- Cancellation requests must be placed within 7 days of receiving the product. Late requests will not be entertained.
- Refunds will be issued as a credit note with a 6-month validity.
Reverse Logistics Charges
Supply-Side Issues: Reverse logistics charges will be borne by Easy Build for issues like in-transit damage, incorrect SKUs, or expired products.
Customer-Related Issues: Customers will bear the reverse logistics charges wherever returns are accepted.
Replacement Policy
Customers can request a replacement if the product is found defective or does not meet advertised specifications. Please raise a complaint on the Easy Build portal under “My Orders.” After validation, the replacement process will begin.
Conditions for Replacement:
- Product delivered is defective or damaged.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Item received has missing parts or accessories.
Products will be replaced only if they are unused, in their original packaging, and pass a quality check. Replacement orders will be shipped through standard shipping. Products can be replaced only once.
If a product is out of stock, it cannot be replaced. Customers can return it as per the Returns Policy.
Customers can also visit the Experience Centre for replacements with prior intimation.
